7-23-14 1:30 PM Flash Flood Warning Issued for Twisp Area

The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for the Twisp area of Carlton Complex.  Here is a link to the site.
 
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SPOKANE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  THE CARLTON AND COUGAR COMPLEX BURN SCARS IN SOUTH CENTRAL
  OKANOGAN COUNTY IN NORTHEAST WASHINGTON...

* UNTIL 400 PM PDT

* AT 1255 PM PDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ON THE SOUTHWESTERN EDGE OF THE CARTLTON COMPLEX BURN
  SCAR. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  TWISP...FOGGY DEW CAMPGROUND...CRATER CREEK CAMPGROUND AND CARLTON.
