Over the next few days residents may see increased smoke and fire activity near Pearrygin Lake. Aerial ignition might be utilized to connect the approximately 130 acre fire north of the main fire to the larger wildfire area to the south and to the old Tripod Fire burn area. This is a carefully controlled suppression activity.
